BY CONTINUING THE INSTALLATION AND/OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ARE 
AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE FOLLOWING SOFTWARE LICENSE 
AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, OR CANNOT
READ OR UNDERSTAND THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE 
THE SOFTWARE.


SCANDINAVIAN PC SYSTEMS, INC.
SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
(NETWORK PRODUCT - RESTRICTED USE DEMONSTRATION DISKETTE)

	This computer program ("SOFTWARE") and accompanying manual(s) are protected by United States copyright laws and international treaties.  
Scandinavian PC Systems, Inc. or/and its business partners ("SPCS") grant(s) you a non-exclusive license to:

	(1) use the SOFTWARE on a single local area network, provided no more than four (4) users are permitted to use the SOFTWARE at a time;
	(2) make one (1) copy of the SOFTWARE solely for backup or archival purposes on a disk labeled with SPCS' copyright and trademark notices;
	(3) install the SOFTWARE on a single local area network.

	You may not:
	(1) use or allow use of the SOFTWARE by more than four (4) users at a time;
	(2) install, store or use the SOFTWARE on more than one (1) local area network at a time;
	(3) copy any portion of the SOFTWARE, except in using the software as permitted  above or for backup or archival purposes as permitted above;
	(4) copy any portion of the manual;
	(5) rent, lease or loan the SOFTWARE, the manual, or any rights under this Agreement;
	(6) modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE, create any derivative works based on the SOFTWARE or manual, or 
incorporate the SOFTWARE or manual into other software or documents.

EXCLUSIVE REMEDY
	
	SPCS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED 
WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE, THE DISK(S) 
OR THE MANUAL(S). SPCS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE OR THE MANUAL(S) WILL BE SUITABLE FOR YOUR NEEDS, 
WILL BE FREE FROM ERRORS OR DEFECTS, OR WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION.
	SPCS SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THIS 
AGREEMENT OR THE PERFORMANCE, QUALITY, RESULTS, USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, THE DISK(S) OR THE 
MANUAL(S). THE PROVISION PRECLUDES YOU FROM RECOVERING ANY DAMAGES WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, 
CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, OR OTHERWISE (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF 
REVENUES OR PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF OR DAMAGE TO PROGRAMS, DATA, EQUIPMENT, WORK PRODUCT, 
TIME OR COMPUTING RESOURCES), EVEN IF SPCS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
	This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have others, which vary from state to state.  Because some states do not allow the 
exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential damages, some of the above implied warranties may not apply to you.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND RESTRICTED RIGHTS NOTICE
	The SOFTWARE and manual(s) are provided to U.S. government agencies with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the 
Government is subject to the restrictions set forth in the Commercial Computer Software - Restricted Rights clause at FAR 52.227-19(G)(3)(i), the Rights in 
Technical Data and Computer Software Clause at DFARS 252.227-7013(c)(1)(ii) or comparable clause. The contractor/manufacturer is Scandinavian PC 
Systems, Inc., P.O. Box 3156, Baton Rouge, LA 70821-3156.

	If any provision of this Agreement, in full or in part, is held to be unenforceable to any extent, the unenforceable provision shall be enforced to the 
fullest extent permissible and the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
	You agree to pay SPCS' attorney's fees, court costs, or any other costs reasonably incurred in any action to stop, cure, prevent, or obtain recovery 
for any actual or threatened breach of this Agreement.
	This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Louisiana.  You agree to be bound by these laws. Any 
use of this SOFTWARE not allowed by the provisions of this SOFTWARE license agreement constitutes copyright infringement and/or software piracy and 
could subject you/your company/agency to fines and penalties in excess of $250,000 per infraction, exclusive of remedies sought by SPCS.
	This Agreement contains the complete, final and exclusive agreement concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior oral or written 
agreements, representations, promises, marketing materials, purchase orders, or other communication between you and SPCS.
